As many of you know, Hahn RaceCraft has led the way with turbocharged Ecotecs since this amazing engine's debut in the US with the 2002 Cavalier and Sunfire. Along the way, we've raised the bar repeatedly for Ecotec Turbo performance, while introducing hundreds of Ecotec owners to the sublime advantages of Turbocharged Power. Our very first Eco-effort won the prestigious GM Design Award at SEMA, an impressive 12-second, stock engine EcoCav show car that ran 12's with our bolt-on TurboSystem. We haven't looked back since, with more records and firsts than all others combined.

We're proud to bring our 20 years of GM FWD Turbo Performance to bear on this exciting new application of the LNF Turbo! We've had a great time with this engine so far in Solstice/Sky and Cobalt, and now it's the HHR SS's turn.

DYNO RESULTS: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT as of 12-8-08

Here's some recent testing we did with the following products that are available now:

Charge Air Piping
HP Intercooler

We also included the following products that are currently under development:

MaxFlow CatFree Downpipe
3" SS CatBack Exhaust
Custom Tune

In the graphs, we've shown Wheel Horsepower and Wheel Torque separately. The runs were performed in 3rd gear. Stock performance is indicated by the blue lines. This car is simply evil to drive. Power everywhere, but very controllable. We'll have more info on these latest products soon!

In these next two graphs, we can see the same equipment package, but now with the Hahn/BSR PPC Tuner. The curves are not quite as smooth, but the overall effect is still very gratifying for a handheld tuner (as compared to the custom tuning results shown above)!

The peak indicated of 317 WHP is to be taken with the proverbial 'grain of salt', for as the power level was oscillating somewhat at that point, the actual peak is likely to be closer to the graphs above...somewhere in the 307 WHP range.
