The Cavalier Attitude is a collaborative effort
between GM, Hahn RaceCraft and Rick Bottom Custom Motorsports.
General Motors provided a 2003 Manual Transmission, Ecotec powered
Cavalier. Hahn RaceCraft and Rick Bottom Custom Motorsports were
to take it from there and design a vehicle that represented what
the average street enthusiast wanted a Cavalier to be. The car was
to be something that a typical enthusiast could reproduce in their
own style. The car needed to be stylish, streetable, and powerful
enough to be competitive. Along with several participating
partners, HRC and RBCM had enough resources to do just that and
they packaged it in the Cavalier Attitude.
Rick Bottom Custom Motorsports was founded in 1996
to fill a need in the automotive aftermarket. Many companies
manufacture quality products however they do not have the means or
ability to produce a project vehicle their best advantage. RBCM
was began to build award winning Image Vehicles that have improved
performance, attention getting looks and practical drivability.
Their expertise lies in project vehicle design, planning,
coordination, execution and promotion. They provide companies with
vehicles for prototyping, and R & D feedback that is
invaluable.
RBCM has worked extensively with the Ford Motor
Co. and General Motors. They have provided Alcoa Wheel Products
with booth vehicles for the past seven years.
