We’re very happy to bring you the Hahn Super20G Turbo Upgrade for Cobalt LNF!  Extensive development has resulted in a turbo upgrade that unlocks the enormous power potential in your 2.0 Ecotec turbo.    We think you’ll agree that this system raises the bar for LNF turbo upgrades.   With over 450 WHP on tap, but midrange response that can rival the stock turbo, Hahn Super20G breaks new ground.

We started with our proven Super 20G Mitsubishi turbo.  A Hahn exclusive, the Super 20G is noted for delivering excellent HP per pound of boost while also maintaining superb midrange response.  Super20G's contemporary wheel and housing designs boast high efficiencies you’ll only find in more expensive turbos.   It’s also got a proven durable pedigree in high-boost applications like LNF.  Team Hahn RaceCraft has abused them for years with nary a failure in every discipline from the Bull Run Rally to twin-turbo Vipers.

The OEM-quality internal wastegate system has proved quite compatible with LNF’s factory boost control system, and should never need attention.  It can be adjusted to alter base preload settings if needed.  No external wastegate is required.

The Hahn Super 20G directly replaces your stock turbo in such a way that you need not replace anything else.  There’s no need to change your downpipe, 02 housing, exhaust manifold, charge air piping, or air intake.  If your existing parts fit the stock turbo, then they will fit Hahn Super 20G.  Of course, all Hahn Cobalt upgrade components are intended to be directly compatible with Super20G…we call this “Forward Compatibility”, a hallmark of our system approach at Hahn, where you’ll never have to replace a part you’ve already bought from Hahn as you move up in power.

A comprehensive installation kit is included, featuring new stainless braided and silicone oil and coolant lines.  Installation solutions such as housings and flanges are also included.  Nothing is left to chance, with every fastener and gasket also included, showing typical Hahn attention to completeness and quality.  We even include ARP-brand fasteners and stainless steel hardware.

As the turbo is manufactured in Mitsubishi’s state-of-the-art facility, it is certified to carry their 12-month, unlimited mileage factory warranty.  This is a brand-new turbocharger, not a portion of a used stock turbo that’s been hogged out and mated to other turbo parts from a different manufacturer.  So, you also won’t have to part with hundreds of dollars for a “core charge”, or have to send us your stock turbo.  Keep your stock turbo, or sell it to help offset your investment in Super 20G!

As your stock turbo did include an internal blow-off valve, you will need to install an external valve to accompany this turbo upgrade.  If you’ve already done so, awesome…you’re good to go!  Hahn also now offers our own Billet Blow-off Valve system for Cobalt and HHR SS, a direct fit with Hahn Charge Air Piping and CoolRam intake systems.

So, what’s this all cost?  Less than you’d expect.  The total for the turbo and complete installation kit is only $1199.99.  Add a tune and a BOV system and you’re good to go.  Orders are being accepted now, but we will give preference to those on our waiting lists first.  We expect to ship the first orders during February.  Once the initial run is complete, these will be in stock at all times.  We do have a special incentive, however.  Should the initial demand push this introductory run to enough units, we’ll drop the price for everyone to $1099.99!
