PortFueler System
SRT-4
We've now developed our popular PortFueler
package specifically for the SRT-4. This amazingly effective
package is a complete fuel system that allows you to leave your
stock computer and injectors in place, eliminating the need for
a Stage I or II computer and injectors (can also be used with
Stage I and II equipped cars). By installing an enrichment
injector at the port of each cylinder, PortFueler achieves
perfect distribution of the additional fuel needed for high
power. It's an easy bolt-on affair, and completely eliminates
the need for external regulators and return line systems.
The SRT-4 PortFueler System includes billet
fuel rails and a complete hose kit. Custom fittings allow
direct connection to stock fuel line.
PortFueler offers many other advantages. A
completely adjustable fuel map enables the tuner to selectively
add fuel as needed at hundreds of different RPM and boost
points. As the system uses stock fuel pressure of 60 PSI at all
boost levels, strain on the stock fuel delivery system is
greatly reduced as compared to high-pressure regulator systems.
Because the stock injectors and ECU are
retained, so is the excellent driveability and emissions that
these stock items provide. This feature also eliminates the
extra tuning chores required by simple larger injector fuel
systems in the normally aspirated and lower boost regions.
PortFueler allows the very optimized factory programming take
care of that section for you...it lets you just concentrate on
the high-boosted section, where you add more fuel for bigger
turbos and related equipment.
Should you elect to reproduce one of the
equipment packages we have developed, you can purchase pre-tuned
calibrations from our growing library of SRT-4 fuel programs.
SRT-4 PortFueler includes injector mounting system, two billet
fuel rails, 4 fuel injectors, programmable control module, and
related fittings/hoses and hardware for a complete bolt-in
installation. A Fuel Mapper or other type of MAP voltage clamp
is also required.
