Hahn RaceCraft is proud to bring you PortFueler!  This new innovation will inject that extra power you crave into your Hahn RaceCraft turbosystem.  This revolutionary fuel alternative allows you to bolt on a complete set of boost enrichment injectors, yet have those injectors in the ideal position at each intake port.  Using the PortFueler, you can achieve up to 400 HP from the Super 16G that came with your Hahn turbosystem.  With a Super 20G, almost 500 HP is possible!

Bill Hahn Jr, the leading pioneer in the development of the 420A DOHC engine, has brought his 25 years of turbosystem experience to bear on this exciting new system.  Using the same staged injection concept as PortFueler, Bill has won numerous National Championships, while setting innumerable records.  He has now brought this high HP fueling capability to the average enthusiast.   From design, to testing, to final calibration, Bill has sweated all of the details.  The results are what you would expect!

Easy to install

  A complete PortFueler system only takes several hours to install with simple hand tools.  Wiring chores are minimal, with only six wires to attach.  No machining or welding needed.  Once installed, you will have up to 27 PSI boost capability.  Just fire the car up, set idle fuel pressure, and drive…Bill has done the hard work for you, no further tuning is necessary! 

Easy to live with

With PortFueler, your stock computer still controls your stock injectors.  As a result, PortFueler is unmatched in all those aspects that make a street car enjoyable…your car will start, idle, and cruise as smooth as stock, with stock emissions and fuel mileage, and NO ‘check engine’ lights.  Your car loves it!  But when you lay into the pedal and boost occurs, PortFueler takes care of the rest.

There’s no comparison…

If you’ve ever tried to make an FMU (variable rate of gain) regulator run with big injectors at high boost, you can forget about all those frustrating issues with PortFueler.  PortFueler idles @ 50 PSI, not a low 20 PSI or less where fuel injectors just can’t spray well.  And the maximum fuel pressure in a PortFueler system, even at 25 PSI boost, is 75 PSI, not the insane 100+ PSI you might see with an FMU in such a high boost application.  This can seriously reduce stress on components, eliminating high-pressure related failures of injectors, lines, pumps, and even the stock ECM due to excessively high fuel pressure combined with big injectors and an FMU. 

And as far as pinpoint calibration for every possible boost and RPM point, PortFueler blows the FMU concept away for high boost cars.  PortFueler is calibrated at almost 1000 different points, where the ‘best’ FMUS can only be calibrated at 4 different points, with the remainder of the fuel curve left to vague ‘slopes’ caused by the overlapping methods of adjustment.  PortFueler adds to your turbo car the fuel mapping capability of a complete programmable engine management system at a fraction of the cost!  Why limit yourself to a device that is about as adjustable as a carburetor when you can go PortFueler instead?

Should you decide you would like to adjust the internal calibration of your PortFueler, a software interface program is also available.  It is compatible with Win 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME and XP.  Any desktop or laptop PC can talk to PortFueler.
