Hahn / ACCEL Performance Fuel Injectors for the 420A engine in Neon, PT Cruiser, and Talon / Eclipse!

Built for Hahn RaceCraft by ACCEL, these performance fuel injectors offer many exclusive features. We've tested them in a variety of 420A equipped vehicles, both turbocharged and normally aspirated. The results have been excellent, with good idle and part throttle characteristics as well as efficient fuel distribution at high power levels. These injectors are a direct bolt-in* in Neon DOHC and SOHC, PT Cruiser, and 420A equipped Eclipse and Talon. Compatible with both factory control units (except H FI-4110 and -4120) and programmable management systems.

Featuring a high-impedance design to function properly with the vehicle's ECU, Hahn / ACCEL'S Performance Fuel Injectors are all-new units, not remanufactured from used cores.  They utilize a precision-ground Bosch-style pintle design, which produces a wide-angle conical spray pattern of 150 micron diameter droplets, providing an ultra-fine fuel atomization and maximum emulsification for improved burn efficiency.  This pintle design also produces a more accurate and consistently more repeatable fuel flow control than either the ball valve seat/deflector plate or disk injector designs. Hahn / ACCEL performance Fuel Injectors are 100% flow tested, balanced and matched to within +/- 1.5% of their nominal pound/flow rating.

Hahn / ACCEL Performance fuel injectors also feature an anti-plugging vapor cap that virtually eliminates carbon build up.  Hahn / ACCEL's low-mass internal needle valve and high-pressure spring assembly ensure faster response time and greater dramatic response range.  These injectors come complete and ready for installation with precision-molded O-rings and fine mesh fuel strainers.

Application notes:

Stock injectors on 420A engine applications are rated at approximately 190 cc/min.

All of these Hahn / ACCEL injectors are rated at 14.4 ohms impedance except H FI-4100 (12 ohms) and H FI-4110 and -4120 (2.5 ohms)

Flow rates shown are calculated at 45 PSI delivery pressure.

When Hahn / ACCEL performance fuel injectors are used with a Hahn RaceCraft VROG Fuel Pressure regulator (as provided in Hahn RaceCraft Turbosystems), you will likely need to reduce both idle and boosted fuel pressure settings. Some applications may require further modifications to stock fuel equipment in order to lower idle fuel pressure.
