Hahn RaceCraft
is open weekdays from 9-5 Central time. If you have part numbers
ready, our Order Hotline is open from 9-5. If you need assistance
prior to placing an order, our Sales Department is available from
9-5 at (630) 553-6830, fax at (253) 830-7558, or you can e-mail
us at sales@turbosystem.com.
PAYMENT METHODS:
All turbosystems
must be prepaid. Standard delivery time is one to two weeks
from the time we receive your payment. We prefer payment in
the following formats: certified check, personal check (must have
customer phone number and be accepted by Telecheck), or wire
transfer to our account (please call for details).
SHIPPING
METHODS:
We use UPS for all
our shipping purposes. In certain instance special arrangements
may be made. Please contact our shipping department at
extension 104 or e-mail them at shipping@turbosystem.com
for information. They can also give time in transit
estimates as well as tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS:
Please fax or
e-mail complete details of order to us and we will contact you in
regard to the payment and delivery options available to you.
RETURNS:
All returns must
have an RGA Number. We will not accept any unauthorized
returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
WHOLESALE SALES:
All wholesale sales
are handled by our wholesale department. Hahn Racecraft does
welcome applications for dealership status from qualified
