• Huge new Sidewinder Front Mount intercooler

• New low-profile design allows mounting under bumper, no bumper cutting as required on our 1G Neon TurboSystem

• Big cooling capacity, with 648 cubic inches of core volume…70% more than our 1G system, it’s enough to support over 600 HP!  This larger capacity makes it considerably more efficient and less restrictive to airflow at all power levels from 200HP on up, not only improving power, but also reducing destructive heat stress on the engine

• Exclusive Sidewinder design, as used on our very popular Eclipse intercooler, allows both inlet and outlet to be on drivers side, enabling very direct and high-flowing intercooler piping while also providing excellent cooling air to radiator

• In-tank fuel pump for easy installation and quieter operation

• High flow ACCEL fuel injectors for Stage II intercooled systems

• All stainless braided fuel hose assemblies, no rubber hoses

• High flow Eliminator off-road downpipe allows easy installation of a catalytic converter for emissions legality, can mount to either 2 ¼” or 3” cat-back exhaust system

• Throttle body inlet adaptor is o-ring equipped and secure, will not separate under boost

• Throttle body to intake plenum stock rubber boot replaced with hard pipe

• Chrome breather filter included

• Complete System, including turbo, carries a one-year warranty except:

• The industry’s most proven Turbo Manifold, with over a thousand in service today, now carries a FIVE year warranty against cracking!

Boost: 8-10 PSI on  Stock Motor, Higher HP available on modified engines

Installation Time: 14-16 Hours

Motor Modifications Needed:  None needed for 8-12 PSI, For 12-27 PSI Rods and Pistons must be upgraded

Kit Includes:  TD05-16G-10CM2 Turbocharger, exhaust manifold, intake and piping, fuel system including the Hahn RaceCraft Port Fueler mounting system, additional injectors, control module, and fuel lines, oiling system, blow off valve, front mount intercooler (core dimensions 24”x6.5”x4.5”) with integral return chamber, intercooler piping, all installation hardware, gaskets, couplers and clamps.
