The Stage
I Hayabusa Turbosystem
Stage I Hayabusa Turbosystems are
the ultimate in bolt-on performance. Designed to be
installed on a stock engine, but with enough turbocharger airflow
to support 400 HP already included, Stage I systems also offer
room to grow should you decide you need more than Stage I
horsepower.
A Stage I Hayabusa Turbosystem,
when combined with a DynoJet Power Commander, can produce 300 HP
at the rear wheel on a stock engine. Yes, 300 HP! This
revolutionary turbosystem brings the type of performance that Hahn
RaceCraft EFI Turbosystems are famous for, but for thousands of
dollars less since the bike already is fuel-injection equipped.
We attacked the stock EFI with
our twelve years of motorcycle fuel injection experience and the
results are stunning, as the dyno chart shows. The HP is
certainly gratifying, but look at the torque: it's between 150 and
175 ft/lbs all the way from 6000 to 10,500 RPM! This broad,
useable powerband is simply unprecedented: this engine loves
boost! The rapid low speed response is a direct effect of
our turbocharger choice. Our Mitsubishi turbochargers, like
nothing else available, employ 21st century technology.
They are light years ahead of anything else in their rapid
response and big power, with the total package made quite sweet by
bulletproof durability.
If 300 HP is a bit much, that's
OK. The system can be adjusted to lower power levels
easily. On the other hand, if you thirst for even more, we
are continuing development of the support components that will
allow you to use the entire 400 HP the standard turbocharger is
capable of. What? Still not enough? Install
our Shootout turbocharger (a direct bolt-in replacement for the
standard turbo unit), and our PortFueler system and aim for the sky!

- Boost gauge (included) has
"peak hold" feature to record boost pressure data
for later viewing. Can be mounted in concealed area for
further "stealth".
- Ceramic-coated exhaust system
includes muffler, can be easily configured for a variety of
canister types, even dual exhaust.
- Air piping is powder coated
for long lasting beauty.
- Fuel system is easy to
install and calibrate; interfaces perfectly with factory EFI
system.
- All needed hardware is
included, along with detailed installation/tuning
instructions.
