All TurboSystem
orders
must be prepaid. Standard delivery time is one to two weeks
from the time we receive your payment. We prefer payment in
the following formats: certified check, personal check (must have
customer phone number and be accepted by Telecheck), or wire
transfer to our account (please contact us for details).
SHIPPING
METHODS:
We use UPS for all
our shipping purposes. In certain instance special arrangements
may be made. Please contact our shipping department via
email at shipping@turbosystem.com
for information. They can also give time in transit
estimates as well as tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS:
Please fax or
e-mail complete details of order to us and we will contact you in
regard to the payment and delivery options available to you.
RETURNS:
All returns must
have an RGA Number. We will not accept any unauthorized
returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
WHOLESALE SALES:
All wholesale sales
are handled by our wholesale department. Hahn Racecraft does
welcome applications for dealership status from qualified
performance shops. Please e-mail our wholesale department

WILL CALL ORDERS:
If you'd like to pick up your
order at our facility, please contact us and set up a Will Call
order. So that we can process your order and have it ready
for Will Call pickup, please contact us no less than four hours
before you'd like to arrive.
We also have hundreds of installer shops
nationwide. If you would like to learn about an
installer in your area, email
sales@turbosystem.com and include your full address.
Let us know what you'd like to have installed, and we'll let
you know who is in your area.
